Given this window of opportunity and in order to promote the institutionalization of information and communications technologies (ICTs) to close the digital gap in Latin America and the Caribbean, the Permanent Secretariat of SELA, together with UNCTAD, is organizing the online training course \u201cElectronic commerce in practice as a tool to promote trade facilitation,\u201d in order to train participants in the management of concepts and tools needed to conduct business using electronic commerce and ICT platforms.
