The Latin American Council is the highest decision-making body of SELA, made up of one representative of each Member State, which meets annually and is entrusted with the task of establishing the general policies of the organisation.<\/p>\n

The Bureau, at its meeting held on 11 April, decided to convene the XVII Special Meeting of the Latin American Council for Tuesday, 16 May 2023.<\/p>\n

The XVII Special Meeting of the Latin American Council will take place in hybrid format on 16 May, starting at 11:00 a.m. (Venezuelan time).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
