At the Headquarters of Bolivariana de Puertos (Bolipuertos)<\/strong>, President Admiral \u00c9rika Virg\u00fcez<\/strong> met with representatives of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA)<\/strong> to learn about the Work Programme<\/strong> developed within the framework of the Port Network<\/strong>. The objective was to raise the participation of this institution in this platform, which facilitates communication and exchange of experiences among the ports of sister nations, based on the vision as Power Ports as established in the National Port Development Plan 2021-2030<\/strong> to ensure productivity, secure logistical connections, and international positioning.<\/p>\n

The working group also included the representatives of the People’s Ministry of Transport <\/strong>and the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces<\/strong>, who discussed the inclusion of Venezuela in a project that is seen as a joint work with CAF and UNCTAD<\/strong>. The objective is to consolidate tools that promote work to improve and perfect port logistics and operations<\/strong> through collaborative practices by the committee that makes it up in order to promote the use of innovative technology, contributing to the sustainable development of the people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
