The \u201cComprehensive Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change\u201d programme includes the \u201cComprehensive Disaster Risk Management in Latin America and the Caribbean\u201d project with 4 planned activities. And the programme Promoting a comprehensive vision of human mobility includes the \u201cBest practices in migration policies\u201d project, with three (3) activities; and the \u201cSocial development and migration\u201d project with two (2) activities for 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed planning for the Social Development Area of SELA seeks to promote regional cooperation in order to accelerate the economic and social development of its members, in compliance with the mandate of the organisation, whose work programme is aimed at addressing the social development challenges of the Latin American and Caribbean region, focused on the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Social Development Area of the updated Work Programme for 2022-2026 of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA) includes 15 activities under there (3) programmes.
