{"id":147772,"date":"2024-12-11T22:45:00","date_gmt":"2024-12-12T03:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/selasite.azurewebsites.net\/?p=147772"},"modified":"2025-04-30T08:41:54","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T13:41:54","slug":"brazil-recognises-selas-contribution-to-strengthening-regional-integration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rmtsolutions.net\/sela\/en\/brazil-recognises-selas-contribution-to-strengthening-regional-integration\/","title":{"rendered":"Brazil recognises SELA&#8217;s contribution to strengthening regional integration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Director of the Department of Regional Integration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, Ambassador Daniela Arruda Benjamin, acknowledged the contribution of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA) to the strengthening of regional integration, during her virtual participation in the 50th Regular Meeting of the Latin American Council of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA), held on Wednesday 11 December in Caracas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cIn strengthening regional integration and the functioning of the different integration bodies in the region, we are convinced that SELA has a fundamental role to play, especially because of its expertise in areas of action that are all very relevant for the region,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0the Brazilian Ambassador said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Saludo de la Directora Departamento de Integraci\u00f3n Regional de Brasil, Embajadora Daniela Benjamin\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oo4QUTE5SFo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
