Inversi\u00f3n minera en Per\u00fa se dinamiza y crece 31,2% entre enero y abril de 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

7 de junio, (Andina).-Las inversiones mineras siguen avanzando en Per\u00fa, pues durante los primeros cuatro meses de 2019 ascendieron a US$1.624 millones, 31,2% mayor respecto a lo observado en el mismo per\u00edodo del 2018, inform\u00f3 el jueves el Ministerio de Energ\u00eda y Minas (MEM).<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n del Bolet\u00edn Estad\u00edstico Minero del MEM, solo en abril de 2019, la inversi\u00f3n minera sum\u00f3 US$431 millones, registrando un crecimiento interanual de 17,2%.<\/p>\n

A nivel de empresas, Anglo American Quellaveco (Mina Quellaveco) y Marcobre (Mina Justa), se mantienen en la primera y segunda posici\u00f3n, representando en conjunto el 30,9% de la inversi\u00f3n total.<\/p>\n

Southern Per\u00fa Cooper Corporation se ubica en tercer lugar, representando el 7,8% de la inversi\u00f3n total, y Minera Chinalco Per\u00fa, que report\u00f3 un aumento interanual de 116,9%, se ubic\u00f3 en la cuarta posici\u00f3n con una inversi\u00f3n de US$124 millones y una participaci\u00f3n de 7,6%.<\/p>\n

La Direcci\u00f3n General de Promoci\u00f3n y Sostenibilidad Minera del MEM se\u00f1ala que la inversi\u00f3n ejecutada por Chinalco Per\u00fa, principalmente en el desarrollo de su proyecto Ampliaci\u00f3n Toromocho (superior a los US$102 millones), permiti\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n en el rubro Planta Beneficio registre un incremento interanual de 8,2% en el acumulado de enero hasta abril.<\/p>\n
