La norma ser\u00e1 publicada este jueves en el Diario Oficial El Peruano.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"rtejustify\">\u00abPorque soy un hombre de palabra, y mi compromiso es con el pueblo peruano, el d\u00eda de hoy cumplo este compromiso y firmo este decreto, para llamar a elecciones.
